Our Founder and CEO
Chanje Inc. founder and CEO, Jeanine Hage, has built two successful companies in the high-tech industry, drawing on her extensive experience and international career.
Both her personal and professional lives are deeply shaped by change. Having experienced changes with a seismic impact, she navigates them with boldness and courage.
An advocate of critical thinking, she is a hard believer that at the heart of every business, lies the human factor. People work with people; the rest is a means to an end.
A public speaker, she has participated in numerous panels across Canada and the United States, focusing on Women Leadership, Women in High tech, Girls in STEM and Transformation Management in big organizations.
Twice Women of Influence Nominee by RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneurs Award and a Nominee for the award of Small Enterprise Entrepreneur by the Quebec Business Women's Network.
Our Name and Logo
Our name and logo tell a story of courage and transformation—the same journey we embark on with each client.
Our name, Chanje - we replaced the "g" with the "j" in the word "change" as a nod to our founder, who boldly embraces change with courage and unwavering determination.
Our logo - the "𐤂" in our logo is inspired by the J of the ancient Phoenician alphabet, honouring the fearless navigators who left safe shores to embrace the unknown with a spirit of adventure.
The Phoenicians didn’t just create the first alphabet; they shared it, igniting knowledge and connection across civilizations.
Our founder and CEO, a daring Canadian-Lebanese with Phoenician roots, carries forward this legacy.
Like her ancestors, we guide our clients through uncharted waters with heart and purpose, helping them shape their own stories of change and impact.

Our founder explains it best:
"☕ It all started with a highly caffeinated summer when I announced that I was exiting the company I co-founded and built from the ground up. What followed was a wave of founders and aspiring entrepreneurs reaching out, asking to grab a coffee and pick my brain about how I made it happen!
🌟 And just like that, the TRIC© was born!
I decided to put it all in one place and share the wisdom—by wisdom, I mean not just strategies, methodologies, processes, tools, and logic behind every decision, but also the team dynamics (or lack thereof at times), the happy customers, and yes, even the not-so-happy ones, and most importantly the blind spots. These are the shoulder checks that only come from real-life lived moments—having been there and done that.
